Hotel Gardenia

I was in Gardenia at the end of April, but I visited them again a few days ago without staying at the hotel. They are simply amazing! The team is super cute and attentive. The perfectionist Simone and the adorable Sara match remarkably well. The sympathy between them is heartwarming. I really like "Good mood Massimo" - you don't have to do anything, you´re just my favorite:)! Seeing you always makes me feel good. It seems that the employees are not stressed while working under the owner´s eyes and do their work with joy. I think that work gets done even better if people are happy at work. As the saying - Alone you can go faster, but together you can go further. Everything feels so fresh and new in Gardenia. Great interior design, as yesterday the designer had finished his work. I would like to thank Simone for the gift of sparkling wine which celebrate the end of our trip after the concert in Klagenfurt. It was so lovely gesture :). Hopefully we can meet again next year.

Given the fact that hotel has 3 stars only, the review could be 5. However, aside from praising I would like to suggest some improvements as well. In general, the hotel is well suited for families with children and oriented for such guest. We came as a couple, without kids. All in all, staying was very pleasant and enjoyable. We would visit this hotel again. Stuff was very welcoming and guests oriented. Suggestions: Room Is nicely decorated and renovated. It is a bit too small, but still functional. The bathroom needs possibly to hang towels. The refrigerator is way too small and doesn't function properly. It also gets very hot. Breakfast The time span for breakfast is not long enough. Breakfast should be served until 10am at least. Buffet is nice, but every day offer is the same. I was lacking nuts, the bread is not very tasty, it is extremely dry, coffee could be better. Olive oil was extraordinarily and very tasty. The same goes for red orange juice. Elevator Is too slow and doesn't operate properly. Parking space Is a bit problematic, but managed by hotel owner. Space for bikes Is a bit limited and somewhat difficult to bring bikes down the stairs. Animals Hotel allows dogs. Not a problem per se, aside if your neighbor leaves her dogs every day in the room alone. Poor animals keep belting all day long. It was disturbing, especially since we had a connecting door to the room.
